Two Piece Can Washcoater
Coats steel can exteriors up to 1200 cans per minute. Cincinnati's two-piece can washcoaters protect cans from corrosion by applying a 50-150 milligram organic coating immediately following the cleaning process. Our exclusive dual flowcoat curtain coater design coats the can exteriors. Utilizing a magnetic transfer, cans are suspended for passage through our patented rim dip tank to remove any "tears" left in the coating process. Advanced, cost-effective drainage, flushing and material recovery arrangements conserve materials and minimize maintenance. Flow meters precisely control the washcoat solution. |
